Refund policy

Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

A refund request must be submitted first. Once approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the item.
Refund fees are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the item amount.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, and the remaining amount will be refunded through instapay within a week.
